What Does an RTT Session Actually Feel Like?

An RTT session feels like a deep, relaxed daydream. You stay completely aware and in control the whole time, in a calm, focused state similar to the drifting feeling just before sleep. A session usually runs around 90 minutes, and you can open your eyes at any point.

Settling in

We begin by slowing everything right down. I'll guide your body to relax and your mind to soften, so you drop into that comfortable, focused state on your own. There's nothing you need to do or get right, and you won't be asleep. You'll hear me the whole time, and you'll remember the session afterwards.

Finding the root

From there, I gently guide you back to the scenes connected to the pattern you came in with. Not to relive anything painful, but to look at it with calm, adult eyes and finally see why your mind decided the limiting thing was true. Most people are surprised by how safe and ordinary this feels.

The reframe, and your recording

Once we can see the old belief clearly, we replace it with one that fits who you are now, while your mind is relaxed enough to actually accept it. You leave with a personalised hypnosis recording made just for you, which you listen to for the twenty-one days that follow. That daily repetition is what lets the new belief settle in and become your default.
